Our top-selling and most iconic product worldwide is Closeup Triple Fresh – a mint- and spice-flavoured antibacterial toothpaste with a Zinc-enriched formula that gives all-day fresh breath confidence. In recent years, Closeup has expanded its portfolio beyond this core product, introducing new premium product ranges like Closeup Naturals Detox and Closeup Multivitamin Fresh across markets globally.

About the role
This is a global brand strategy and development role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovations, communications, and mix development roadmaps for the Future Core portfolio – reporting to the Senior Global Brand Manager for Premium Innovations and working together with a global cross-functional development team.
Candidates will need an appreciation of the SEA consumer, as well as a passion for crafting and innovation. They will need a keen eye for beauty and marketing skills that allow them to craft with science and design to evoke desire. In addition, they will require the following skills, competencies & qualities:
- Experience in creating Innovations, especially premium/masstige line extensions; experience in creating communications is a big plus.
- A collaborative working style/approach to teamwork, especially with country business teams, agencies, and across functions.
- An intuition for insights, understanding consumers and bringing in the consumer voice into the work.
- Experience in leading a cross-functional teams, navigating through complexity with speed & agility.
- Basic appreciation or working knowledge of the business operations of consumer goods companies is a big plus.
